SFEPTA 2009 - 2010 Goals
- Increase Volunteer Base
- Encourage at least 3 hours from each member
- Focus on quality of membership vs quantity
- Improve Communications
- Continue to enhance website
- Migrate to OMDR Plus
- Adjust Committees/Events to Better Reflect the Needs of the School
- Remove programs which are not efficient/effective
- Adjust programs to focus back onto the students
- Move to a web based AR program
- Create a Technology Fund to help support the school's needs
